Playing the Women’s Open at St. Andrews is both a celebration and an honour

The Czech player qualified for the final major of the season, the AIG Women’s Open, based on her ranking in last year’s Ladies European Tour. The prestigious tournament will be played on the iconic Old Course, and it will be Davidson Spilková’s second appearance at this historic venue in her rich professional career. Despite dealing with ongoing issues with her right hip, which have troubled her since the July tournament in the Netherlands, Davidson Spilková is determined to compete.

The Olympics are the talk among players in London

In the first week, she will compete in a prestigious team tournament in London, then move to the Netherlands, followed by the Olympic Games in Paris. Davidson Spilková will conclude August with three tournaments in Scotland and Ireland, including the last major of the season, the Women’s Open at St. Andrews.
