Green tea is my favorite alternative to coffee—especially when I feel like I’ve already had enough coffee for the day. It’s packed with antioxidants and has just the right amount of caffeine (theine) to give me a boost without upsetting my stomach. That’s why I prefer it to coffee as a way to start my mornings. In winter, it’s comforting and warm, while in summer, it’s refreshing and cooling. I also admire how, in Japan, tea preparation is seen as a meditative ritual—an opportunity to slow down and stay present in the moment.
Let’s not be afraid to strengthen not only our bodies but also our self-confidence. In my sporting life, the gym is an integral part of my preparation. Working out not only makes me feel great and confident but also helps me feel better about myself. Stronger muscles are also the best prevention against injuries. For those unsure how to get started, I recommend asking a trainer for guidance.
Sport is more than just my job—it’s my lifestyle! I engage in sports almost every day, and I encourage everyone to include some physical activity in their routine at least three times a week. Golf is perfect for this—it allows you to enjoy the outdoors, spend quality time with family or friends, and stay active at the same time.
Let’s not forget that we are a part of nature. Spending time outdoors helps us recharge and breathe in fresh air. Nature tunes us into a higher vibration, enhancing our awareness of core values. Emotions like love, happiness, peace, joy, and gratitude can be felt more deeply.
