I have felt the urge to do something for a good cause since I was a child. In fact, I would not be where I am today without the generosity of others. I would never start playing golf and grow as a player, let alone dream of becoming one of the best players in the world. That was back in the days I was still an amateur player and needed the help of others. Then I became professional, still a sixteen-year-old and the youngest player in history, playing with the best European women golfers, and I realized it was time to start giving back to those who had helped me with my time, experience and big heart.
They’ve been an essential part of my journey from the very start. Some have stood by me since day one, while others joined along the way. What I value most about our collaboration is that it goes beyond golf—we’re engaged in so many meaningful and enjoyable activities together off the course as well.
